How to check and add registered recovery phones?

  1. Make your way to the password change site located at password.eastern.edu Once there, log into your account using your Eastern University credentials.

  1. Next you’ll reach the Account management screen

If you do not currently have a recovery email or alternate recovery method on record. You will be prompted to enter a non-Eastern University recovery email address to proceed to the Management page. 

  1. From the Account management screen, select the  “Registered Phones” menu.

  1. From here, you can select “Add new phone” and enter
